The Role - The Internal Account Administrator is responsible for providing essential administrative support to the Internal Sales team. This role involves managing day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring efficient workflow, and contributing to overall team productivity.What You'll be doing...
- Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely order fulfilment and invoicing. Handle order amendments and cancellations as required.
- Quote Management: Collaborate with the Pre-Sales team to develop and manage quotes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and document management.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order information in the CRM and ERP systems.
- Customer Support: Assist with customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective responses.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and increase efficiency.
