At Littlefish , we are growing rapidly – with the recent acquisition of Storm Technology , we’ve strengthened our Microsoft Business Solutions practice and expanded our reach across the UK and Ireland. We’re now looking for a Senior M365 Productivity & Adoption Consultant to work with clients, designing and delivering innovative solutions across SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and more.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Work directly with clients to design, implement, and optimise M365 solutions , focusing on SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, and Purview.

✅ Lead M365 adoption strategies , delivering workshops and training to ensure successful user engagement.

Guide businesses through M365 migrations , including SharePoint Online, using tools like ShareGate and Microsoft Migration Manager.

✅ Contribute to pre-sales engagements , helping shape solution roadmaps that align with business goals.

✅ Share knowledge across projects, collaborating with technical teams to ensure high-impact solutions .

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven experience as an M365 consultant , particularly with SharePoint Online.

✔ Experience leading M365 migrations and adoption programs .

✔ Strong skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, and Purview .

✔ Ability to deliver engaging workshops and training to a variety of stakeholders.

✔ A problem-solving mindset with a passion for helping clients maximise M365’s potential .

✔ Eligible for full security clearance .
