Senior Product Manager (Learn App)

Senior Product Manager - ROLI Learn App

At ROLI, we're making music creation more accessible than ever. As Senior Product Manager for the Learn App, you'll own the roadmap and execution of our next-generation music learning platform, shaping how learners around the world engage with music. By combining strategy, analytics, and creativity, you'll drive the development of features that inspire, retain, and grow our user base.

About Us

At ROLI, we believe music lives inside everyone - it's a universal right. Our mission is simple: to create tools that turn all humans into music makers. From the groundbreaking Seaboard to our latest ROLI Piano and Airwave, we design intuitive instruments and technologies that make music creation more expressive, accessible, and inspiring.

We're a team of musicians, engineers, coders, researchers, and creatives of every background, united by a passion for learning, innovation, and collaboration. What we share is a drive to free the music - to empower people everywhere to connect with themselves and with others through sound.

At ROLI, this is more than work - it's a chance to unlock the music inside everyone and transform creativity worldwide.

Your Purpose

You'll define the Learn App's product direction and translate ROLI's strategic vision into measurable outcomes. By leading a data-informed, iterative approach, you'll ensure our gamified learning experiences evolve quickly, deliver real value to users, and position ROLI as the leader in creative music learning.

Your Responsibilities
  • You define and own the Learn App roadmap - aligning with ROLI's broader strategy.
  • You translate company goals into clear requirements - priorities, and sprint plans.
  • You collaborate with design, engineering, and QA - to deliver features on time and at high quality.
  • You champion a culture of iteration - launching fast, testing rigorously, and refining continuously.
  • You use analytics and A/B testing - to measure product impact and guide decision-making.
  • You manage backlog and feature prioritisation with discipline - ensuring delivery efficiency.
  • You share progress, risks, and insights - with leadership to maintain alignment and confidence.
Who We're Looking For
  • You have 5+ years of product management experience - with a track record of shipping successful mobile apps.
  • You're highly skilled in using analytics -, A/B testing, and experimentation to inform decisions.
  • You've worked on interactive apps - ideally in music, gaming, or education technology.
  • You understand agile methodologies - and are confident in backlog management and delivery planning.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments - aligning cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners around shared goals.
  • You're a clear communicator with strong presentation skills - and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • You may have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or Music Technology - or you've built equivalent expertise through hands-on experience in product, technology, or creative industries. What matters most is your ability to blend technical understanding with product vision.
It's music to our ears if:
  • You've worked on subscription-based products - or gamified platforms.
  • You have experience reporting product progress - to boards or executive leadership.
Your Impact

You'll know you're succeeding when:

  • Key Learn App features are launched iteratively - based on data and user insight.
  • Analytics frameworks and A/B testing processes are established - and embedded in workflows.
  • Engagement, retention, and subscription metrics - show measurable improvement.
  • You're recognised as a trusted product leader - who drives impact across teams and inspires collaboration.
