Change / Product Manager Start: ASAP Duration: 6 months Location: hybrid, west London Rate: TBC, outside IR35 We are looking for an experienced Product & Change Manager to support the delivery and adoption of advanced data-driven decision support products within a large-scale operational transformation programme.

This role requires a strong blend of product management, business change and stakeholder engagement experience, ideally within data science, analytics, optimisation or operational planning environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and operational stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and define product requirements
- Translate operational and business needs into structured product and technical deliverables
- Support the development and prioritisation of product roadmaps, features and business logic
- Drive change management activities including communications, stakeholder alignment, training and adoption
- Work closely with data scientists, analysts and engineering teams to support delivery of decision-support and optimisation tools
- Define and track product KPIs, business value and adoption metrics
- Support process redesign and operational transformation initiatives
- Facilitate collaboration across business, product, delivery and technical teams Required Experience
- Strong experience in Product Management and Change Management within complex operational environments
- Experience delivering or supporting data-led, analytics or data science products
- Proven ability to work across business and technical teams in fast-paced transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leadership
- Experience xkybehq translating business challenges into structured delivery outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments Highly Desirable
- Experience within aviation, transport, logistics or other operationally complex industries
- Experience working with optimisation, forecasting, decision-support or operational planning products
- Background working alongside Data Science, AI, Analytics or Engineering teams
- Consulting or large-scale transformation programme experience
