- Statement of Work We're looking for a senior hands-on Transformation Architect to support a large-scale global retail transformation programme within a complex multi-supplier environment. This role is heavily focused on requirements refinement, integrated delivery planning, dependency management and architectural impact assessment across a major rollout programme. The successful candidate must have experience delivering global retail product/platform rollouts across multiple regions, markets and operational environments. Key Experience Required:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale global retail or omnichannel transformation programmes
- Strong background in enterprise / transformation architecture within complex multi-supplier environments
- Experience supporting global product or platform rollouts across stores, operations, customer journeys and digital channels
- Ability to translate high-level business requirements into delivery-ready plans, dependencies, risks and sequencing
- Strong understanding of integrations, data migration, operational readiness, testing and coexistence with legacy platforms
- Experience working across Product, Engineering, Data, Architecture, Delivery and third-party suppliers
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of MACH architecture, APIs, cloud-native and composable platforms Responsibilities
- Refine and elaborate business requirements into structured delivery outputs
- Identify architectural dependencies, risks, assumptions and xkybehq delivery impacts
- Support integrated planning across technology, data, testing, migration and rollout activities
- Drive cross-functional workshops with business and technology stakeholders
- Support Level 2 delivery planning, sequencing and readiness activities
- Ensure traceability from requirements through to design, testing and delivery execution Desirable
- Retail or regulated industry experience
- Experience with large-scale store or customer platform rollouts
- Agile delivery, Jira, Confluence and PI planning experience
