Account Executive – DACH | Enterprise RegTech (Crypto & Financial Crime)

We’re hiring a German-speaking Account Executive to own the DACH region for a fast-growing RegTech company supporting banks and regulated financial institutions entering digital assets.

Backed by $100m+ in funding from top-tier investors and global banks, the business is scaling its EMEA sales team following exceptional quota attainment and strong enterprise demand.

The Role

  • Own and grow the DACH market, selling to banks, fintechs, and exchanges
  • Run mid-market (3–5 week) and enterprise (6–9 month) sales cycles
  • Sell to senior compliance, risk, and transformation leaders
  • Lead value-based conversations around regulatory confidence and risk reduction
  • Partner closely with Customer Success on expansion and upsell

Requirements

  • Fluent German (mandatory)
  • Proven B2B SaaS sales experience (mid-market or enterprise)
  • Experience selling into regulated industries (RegTech, fintech, compliance preferred)
  • Comfortable managing complex buying committees
  • Crypto experience helpful but not required

Location

  • Must be based within 100km of London
  • Hybrid working (approx. 8 office days per month, flexible)
