Join a leading digital intelligence organisation delivering data-driven transformation in the public sector. We're seeking a Data Engineer with active SC Clearance to help productionise a modern data platform built on Microsoft Azure.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Evolve a successful proof-of-concept into a scalable, secure Azure-based data platform.
• Develop reusable Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines.
• Implement STAR schema models in Azure SQL .
• Apply security, data masking, segregation, and pseudonymisation techniques.
• Enhance platform manageability, cost-efficiency, and performance.

🧠 Required Skills & Experience:

Security:

• Active SC Clearance (Essential due to project sensitivity)

Technical Expertise:

Azure Data Factory (ADF):

• Incremental dimension creation
• Managed identity/service principal integration
• Performance tuning & parallelism
• Reusable templated ingestion patterns

Azure SQL:

• Integration with Microsoft Entra ID
• STAR schema implementation
• Schema/naming standardisation
• Migration of logic from Power BI to SQL
• Data masking & pseudonymisation
