Our client is seeking a skilled Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) projects. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to work on transformative initiatives within industries such as Industrial Products, Aerospace, Defence, or Automotive, ensuring that complex systems are implemented smoothly and efficiently.

Required Skills

  • Extensive experience managing complex digital engineering projects, particularly in PLM and MES implementation
  • Hands-on experience with major PLM platforms: Siemens Teamcentre, PTC Windchill, or Dassault ENOVIA
  • Proven expertise with leading MES platforms: Siemens Opcenter, PTC ThingWorx, or Dassault DELMIA
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior clients
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, project planning, risk mitigation, and quality assurance
  • Data analysis skills to translate business needs into actionable project deliverables
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field

Nice to Have Skills

  • Professional project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile
  • Experience with cloud-based PLM and MES deployments
  • Familiarity with integrating PLM/MES solutions with ERP and other enterprise systems
  • Knowledge of digital transformation best practices within industrial sectors

Preferred Education and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience leading enterprise-scale PLM and MES projects
  • Industry experience within Industrial Products, Aerospace, Defence, or Automotive domains
  • Prior consulting or system integration project management background

  • Willingness to travel as needed within project locations
  • Ability to work in a hybrid working environment, balancing onsite and remote collaboration
  • Relevant certifications and ongoing professional development in project management or digital engineering tools
