Head of Application UI Design Location: Hertford, UK Salary: Up to £90,000 Type: Permanent, Full-Time

A growing, innovative technology company specialising in retail applications is seeking a senior Head of Application UI Design to lead its UI strategy and delivery. You'll manage a small design team, working closely with international development teams to create and enhance web, mobile, tablet, iOS, and Android interfaces.

• Lead UI design for existing and new applications.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver user-focused applications.
• Analyse user journeys and design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces.
• Manage complex UI projects from concept to implementation.

• 10+ years' experience in application UI design across multiple platforms.
• Strong hands-on design and prototyping skills with a graphic design flair.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional user experiences and manage UI projects.
• Understanding of software development and testing lifecycles.
• Degree in a relevant field and good A-levels.
• Local to Hertford with own transport and willingness to travel internationally.
• English as a first language.
