Elevate your career by joining a dynamic team as a Microsoft 365 Technical SME, specialising in Identity & Access Management. This is a pivotal role supporting enterprise-level Microsoft cloud services, with a focus on security, scalability, and performance.
You'll provide expert Level 2/3 support, working in a fast-paced environment to ensure the integrity of M365 platforms, particularly Azure AD Entra ID. If you're passionate about secure digital transformation and ready to make a real impact, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and manage Azure AD Entra ID, including Conditional Access and SSO policies.
Configure and support Microsoft Azure tenant-level settings.
Automate tasks and troubleshoot using PowerShell Scripting.
Support Active Directory, ADFS, and Azure AD Connect integrations.
Provide expertise across M365 services: OneDrive, Defender, AIP, DLP, and Teams.
Collaborate across teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure service continuity.
Communicate effectively with both technical stakeholders and end-users.

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with Azure AD Entra ID and enterprise identity solutions.
Proficiency in PowerShell, Active Directory, and Microsoft cloud services.
Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and incident/problem management.
Experience supporting large-scale cloud deployments.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure licensing and device provisioning.

Desirable Skills & Certifications

Azure certifications (eg, AZ-900, AZ-103).
Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
Hardware troubleshooting capabilities.
Exposure to DevOps practices.

Additional Requirements

UK Security Clearance (SC) is mandatory.
Flexibility for shift work and out-of-hours support.
Willingness to travel within the UK, including to client sites in Barnwood, Gloucester.
