Join us as SAP CX Solutions Manager and lead the development and evolution of our cutting-edge Single View of Customer (SVC) platform for a prestigious brand. In this strategic role, you’ll combine technical expertise with leadership to drive the integration and performance of SAP Customer Experience cloud solutions. Acting as Solution Architect, Delivery Lead, and Operational Head, you’ll empower teams, foster a DevOps culture, and collaborate across the business to deliver seamless, customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment, and optimization of SAP CX platforms
• Oversee solution architecture, delivery, and operations
• Champion agile practices and cross-functional collaboration
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement

Required Skills

• Deep experience with SAP CX tools: Customer Data Cloud, CDP, Cloud for Customer, Emarsys
• Strong background in architecture, technical design, and large-scale IT delivery
• Expertise in web technologies, security, performance, and high availability
• Agile methodology proficiency (Scrum, Kanban); tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail sectors
• SAP S/4HANA integration knowledge
• Relevant SAP or project management certifications
• Familiarity with hybrid/multi-cloud environments and compliance standards (ISO 27001, GDPR)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (Master’s a plus)
• 7+ years in SAP CX architecture, delivery, or operations
• Strong track record in leading technical teams and complex projects
