This AI-native platform gives organisations deep visibility into how their GenAI applications perform — enabling optimisation, governance, and measurable business impact.

Already trusted by globally recognised brands across financial services, media, retail, and industrials, the company is scaling its European commercial presence and hiring its first Director of Sales in London.

The Role:

  • Own net-new enterprise growth across the UK & Ireland
  • Generate pipeline primarily via network & referrals
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Engage AI, IT, Product, Security, and Procurement stakeholders
  • Lead commercial conversations and deal strategy
  • Partner with Sales Engineers on demos & pilots
  • Deliver against £800k – £1M ARR annual target
