We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the technical strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions across Salesforce platforms. This is a key leadership role for someone passionate about customer-centric technology, scalable architecture, and driving digital transformation in a complex and fast-paced environment.

You'll play a critical role in evolving our E-commerce and customer engagement platforms using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Order Management.

What You'll Be Doing

Architect and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
Lead technical design across Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Order Management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with enterprise systems.
Provide architectural governance and technical guidance to development teams.
Assess and optimise existing Salesforce environments to drive performance and reliability.
Translate business requirements into technically sound and future-proof solutions.
Keep up to date with Salesforce releases and emerging best practices.
Mentor junior team members and enforce high technical standards across teams.
Ensure all technical designs align with enterprise architecture and security standards.
Oversee quality and performance of third-party development teams, including project and DevSecOps work.

What You'll Bring

Required:

Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect in large-scale environments.
Deep expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Order Management.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
Track record of delivering complex E-commerce and customer engagement solutions.
Solid programming background (APEX, .NET, Java) and strong database knowledge.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Certified Salesforce Commerce and Core Architect.

Desirable:

Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Experience with DevSecOps tools and practices, especially Copado.

Base Salary: £107,000
