Salesforce Architect

Role Title: Salesforce Architect
Location: Northampton (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: Until 31/12/2025
Day Rate: £425 (Inside IR35)

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing scalable, secure, and innovative architectures that align with business objectives, while providing technical leadership across multiple Salesforce clouds.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Salesforce architecture roadmap, covering data models, integrations, and customizations.
• Design and deliver scalable, secure solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Cloud.
• Create and review technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and data flows.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Design and oversee complex integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
• Define data migration strategies, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance with governance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements (eg, GDPR, CCPA).

• Significant experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Proven track record in Salesforce data modelling, integration design, and platform security.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, Middleware, and data migration strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce certifications (eg, Technical Architect, Solution Architect, Platform Developer) highly desirable.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
