We are looking for a Workday Technical Architect. You'll define and deliver solutions aligned with our platform's mission, vision, and roadmap. Collaborating with functional consultants, architects, and integration teams, you'll help drive architectural strategy, system enhancements, and third-party integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution ideation, design, and implementation
- Align solutions with business needs and platform strategy
- Communicate architecture across stakeholders and teams
- Ensure adherence to IT standards and influence improvements
- Drive platform upgrades, integrations, and technical enhancements
- Support security, compliance, and governance processes
- Participate in release planning, demos, and continuous improvement
Your Profile
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong background in Workday (Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Talent & Performance)
- Experience designing Workday integrations and analytics
- Proven track record in Workday solution architecture
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Deep understanding of HR systems and architecture governance
Desirable
- Aviation industry experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and dynamic environments
