SAP Sales Executive - SAP S/4HANA (Stratesys UK)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a driven and experienced SAP Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to identify, engage and close new business opportunities within enterprise accounts across the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record selling SAP services and cloud-based transformation programmes. This role will focus on S/4HANA Public Cloud complemented with other solutions like SAP BTP extensions and SAP Store innovation products and requires an ability to build strategic customer relationships, develop tailored value propositions and close substantial deals.

This is a self-sufficient sales role suited to someone comfortable operating in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Development: Identify and nurture high-value enterprise prospects, driving pipeline growth through structured outreach and marketing campaigns
  • Sales Execution: Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to proposal development, negotiation and deal closure
  • Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor, building relationships with CIO, CFO and senior IT stakeholders to position as a strategic SAP partner
  • Solution Crafting: Develop tailored propositions for SAP services and cloud solutions aligned to customer strategic goals
  • Revenue Growth: Deliver against revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term account value
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the UK market target areas like Finance & Spend and Data teams
  • Market Expertise: Stay current on industry trends, SAP roadmap, and competitor landscape
  • SAP Partner Engagement: Build strong relationships with SAP Management account executives to drive joint pipeline and co-sell activity.
  • Events & Enablement: Support SAP events, partner online and in person events
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate CRM updates on pipeline, deal progression and revenue forecasting

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years' experience selling SAP S/4HANA products/services into large enterprise clients.
  • Proven ability to identify, shape and close complex deals worth £500k+ total value.
  • Strong understanding SAP ERP platforms.
  • Previous experience with an SAP Partner or consulting organisation is highly desirable.
  • Ability to engage C-level executives and articulate business value clearly.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication capabilities.
  • Confidence delivering high-level SAP process demos is an advantage.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a scale-up environment.
  • Spanish language skills would be beneficial but are not essential

*Remote based role with availability for on-site working days with the UK team in London (averages once every week) and customer travel as required. To be successful, candidate must be comfortable travelling when needed to engage SAP executives, support joint activities and attend onsite customer presentations and meetings.
