Salesforce Sales Manager (UK)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Salesforce Sales Manager to identify, engage and close new business opportunities across enterprise accounts in the UK market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record selling Salesforce consulting services and multi-cloud transformation programmes. This role will focus on driving revenue growth across the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud), building strategic customer relationships and positioning Stratesys as a trusted Salesforce partner.
This is a high-impact commercial role suited to someone comfortable operating independently in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Development: Identify and develop high-value enterprise prospects, driving pipeline growth through structured outreach, networking and marketing collaboration.
- Sales Execution: Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification and qualification through solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation and deal closure.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CMOs, CROs and senior business stakeholders, positioning Salesforce solutions aligned to their transformation goals.
- Solution Positioning: Work closely with solution architects and delivery teams to craft tailored Salesforce value propositions across multiple clouds.
- Revenue Growth: Deliver against individual revenue targets while ensuring long-term account value and customer satisfaction.
- Account Expansion: Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing Salesforce clients.
- Ecosystem Engagement: Build strong relationships with Salesforce Account Executives and partner managers to generate joint pipeline and co-sell opportunities.
- Market Expertise: Stay current on Salesforce product roadmap, industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Events & Representation: Represent Stratesys at Salesforce and industry events, both online and in person.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate CRM updates on pipeline status, deal progression and revenue forecasting.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years' experience selling Salesforce services or cloud-based CRM transformation programmes into enterprise clients.
- Proven ability to identify, shape and close complex consulting deals (£500k+ total contract value preferred).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce multi-cloud offerings (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud).
- Previous experience within a Salesforce Partner or consulting organisation is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success engaging C-level executives and articulating business value.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication capabilities.
- Experience in co-sell motions with Salesforce ecosystem stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating independently in a scale-up environment.
- Spanish language skills would be beneficial but are not essential.

*Remote based role with availability for on-site working days with the UK team in London (averages once every week) and customer travel as required. To be successful, candidate must be comfortable travelling when needed to engage SAP executives, support joint activities and attend onsite customer presentations and meetings.
