Strativ is partnered with a VC-backed fintech building the modern Foreign Exchange (FX) infrastructure that powers how international businesses protect their margins from currency volatility. Their tech aims to close the gap in FX hedging strategies, targeting the mid-market.
This company has seen massive momentum, growing 3x in recent years and consistently smashing revenue targets. Backed by +$20m Series A, they are now looking for high-performing Account Executives to join their existing sales engine.
This is a full-cycle sales role in a high-velocity environment. You won’t just be following a playbook, you’ll be an integral part of a team defining how modern finance teams manage global currency risk.
You will:
- Own the end-to-end FX sales cycle, from strategic outbound prospecting to helping customers execute their first trade.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of new logos (primarily tech-forward finance teams), consistently exceeding FX volume and revenue quotas.
- Develop a deep understanding of currency markets, spot trades, and forward contracts to challenge the status quo for finance teams.
- Conduct high-impact presentations that clearly articulate the "why now" for automated FX hedging.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and ops to ensure a seamless onboarding and a world-class FX execution experience.
- Pass direct prospect insights to the engineering team to help shape the future of the treasury platform.
Who They’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in SaaS sales with a consistent history of exceeding quotas.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in FX, Treasury, or Fintech sales, specifically selling into venture-backed startup ecosystems.
- You understand how exchange rate swings impact a P&L and can speak confidently to CFOs about risk mitigation.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex, multi-stakeholder financial deals.
- Excited by working in a regulated, high-trust environment where your work has a tangible impact on a client's bottom line.
