Ad Operations Specialist
We are looking for a Ad Operations Specialist to join our team, sitting at the intersection of media activation and ad technology. This is a role for a "Doer" - someone who thrives on the technical precision required to run high-stakes, global video campaigns. You will own the execution for brands that demand "Zero-Waste" efficiency, leveraging our proprietary AI tools to redefine what’s possible in programmatic video. 🎬
What You’ll Do 🛠️
- Technical Orchestration: Take full ownership of the campaign lifecycle, from advanced trafficking and tagging to real-time optimization.
- Platform Management: Operate as a power-user within Enterprise DSPs (predominantly the Google stack and The Trade Desk), managing large-scale budgets across Video, CTV, and Mobile. 📱
- The "Technical Plumbing": Act as the resident expert for tracking and measurement. You’ll be responsible for pixel implementation, GTM triggers, and troubleshooting complex ad-serving discrepancies. 🔍
- Data-Led Insights: Move beyond basic reporting to provide deep-dive analysis, helping our clients understand the "why" behind the performance. 📊
- Collaborative Growth: Work alongside our product team to refine our AI-driven optimization features, ensuring they are built for the front lines of media buying. 🤖
What We’re Looking For ✨
- The Experience: You have 2.5+ years of hands-on experience in a programmatic or technical AdOps role. You aren't just managing the account; you are building the campaigns. 🏗️
- The Technical Core: You have a deep, professional familiarity with Ad Servers (such as CM360) and a mastery of DV360. You understand how to "wire" a campaign for success before the first penny is spent. 🔌
- Compliance Mindset: You have experience navigating high-regulation environments (e.g., Kids/Family, Finance, or Luxury Retail) where brand safety is paramount. 🛡️
- The Hybrid Edge: You can balance technical deep work with the ability to communicate your findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders. 🤝
