Senior Front End Developer - React / TypeScript

Up to 75k per annum plus excellent benefits

Stratospherec are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Front End Developer with a strong understanding of React.js to work for a well established UK SaaS company who provide an enterprise-scale Data Analytics platform for a global customer base

We are looking to recruit a Senior Front End Developer with good skills in TypeScript, React.js (Next.js would be useful as well) and who will be working on existing client systems and multiple new Greenfield projects for their customers, ensuring that their clients and stakeholders are always accessing performant, engaging, well-written software. They have some new products lined up to bring to market in 2026 and 2027

This role is working full time in the office (4 days per week in office - 1 day remote after probation) days per week in their lovely offices in West Hove and with a salary paying to 75k per annum

As an experienced Software Engineer with good React/TypeScript experience you will work an environment that rewards dedication, hard work and getting stuck right in. They use React, Next.js, TypeScript & Tailwind CSS to build highly scalable, performant Web Frontend systems for their SaaS platform that provides extremely customisable reporting services on many Terabytes of data every single day for each customer. There are opportunities to work on Full stack projects in this team as well if you want.

This role is open to mid-level and senior level developers and the successful candidate will be passionate about Software Engineering, especially in well written, scalable code.

Skills and experience:

• At least 5 year's commercial experience
• Strong experience of React.js
• Proficiency in TypeScript and / or JavaScript
• Capable using HTML and Tailwind CSS or similar tool
• Developing applications in React including component design and state management for specific use cases
• General understanding of infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines and the willingness to learn more
• Experience with Next.js and Docker would be beneficial but not essential
• Basic experience with AWS platform
• CI/CD knowledge would be beneficial
• Comfortable using version control, primarily Git
