About the Company

Our client is a leading Built Environment consultancy, delivering innovative digital engineering and BIM solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects including commercial developments, healthcare, education, residential, life sciences, industrial and infrastructure.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Revit MEP Coordinator to lead the production and coordination of high-quality MEP models while mentoring junior team members and working closely with multidisciplinary design teams.

The Role

As a Senior Revit MEP Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering coordinated Building Services models from concept through to construction. Working alongside BIM Managers, project teams and external consultants, you will ensure that MEP designs are accurately modelled, coordinated and delivered to the highest technical standards.

You will be expected to take ownership of projects, provide technical guidance, resolve coordination issues and help drive BIM best practice across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce detailed Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) models using Autodesk Revit.
  • Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural and specialist disciplines.
  • Lead model coordination workshops and participate in clash detection reviews.
  • Review models for quality, accuracy and compliance with project BIM standards.
  • Develop coordinated layouts suitable for construction and installation.
  • Create and manage Revit families where required.
  • Produce 2D drawings, schedules and documentation directly from Revit models.
  • Work with BIM Managers to implement BEPs, BIM Execution Plans and project standards.
  • Manage model federations and support issue resolution using platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360 or Revizto.
  • Mentor and support junior Revit Coordinators and Digital Engineers.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors throughout project delivery.
  • Assist in developing company BIM standards, templates and workflows.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to programme whilst maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience producing coordinated MEP models within the building services industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP.
  • Strong understanding of BIM Level 2 and ISO 19650 workflows.
  • Experience coordinating Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services.
  • Ability to identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks Manage and/or Revizto.
  • Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360.
  • Excellent understanding of building services installation and construction sequencing.
  • Experience mentoring or leading junior technical staff.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to lead coordination meetings.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workloads effectively.
