Your Role
You will serve as a key functional and technical expert in Workday, supporting the design, configuration, and ongoing optimisation of HR processes. From advising on best practices and managing system changes to enhancing reporting capabilities and ensuring user enablement, your contributions will directly shape the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimise core Workday modules.
- Translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
- Lead change request prioritisation, impact assessments, and solution delivery.

- Provide expert support and training to stakeholders globally, ensuring user adoption and system self-sufficiency.

Experience required:
- Proven Workday expertise within a complex, global organisation.
- Workday certification and/or formal training is essential.
- Strong business process understanding with an analytical and solution-focused mindset.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, etc.).
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.
