The Opportunity

As HR Business Partner, you'll act as a strategic advisor and trusted coach to managers and leaders across the business. You'll play a hands-on role in developing people strategies that enhance performance, engagement, and growth, while also ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to design and implement effective people strategies.
  • Coach and upskill managers to lead high-performing teams.

  • Lead HR initiatives that improve engagement, inclusion, and culture.
  • Use data and insights to drive business decisions and measure impact.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a tech-focused or SaaS environment.
  • Strong coaching, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to execute operationally.
  • Excellent understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • A proactive, agile approach and comfort working through change.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience.
