The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Change & Adoption Consultant to play a key role in delivering Stridon’s Copilot Success Programme, working with clients to embed Microsoft Copilot into everyday ways of working.
This is a hands‐on, delivery‐focused role where you’ll enable users through training, adoption activities, and repeatable managed services, helping organisations get real value from Copilot at scale.
You’ll work within proven frameworks and playbooks, supporting firmwide rollouts, Early Adopter cohorts, and Champions Communities. You will be working with Senior Consultants to strengthen our capacity to scale client delivery, removing operational bottlenecks and escalating issues where needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
Copilot Success Programme Delivery
- Deliver engaging firmwide and role‐based Copilot training sessions to our clients
- Facilitate workshops for Early Adopters and support Champions communities
- Contribute to training materials, demos, playbooks, and learning content
- Ensure training sessions are clear, practical, and highly engaging for non‐technical audiences
Change & Adoption / Copilot Success Managed Service
- Run repeatable Copilot adoption services including evergreen enablement and community engagement
- Produce monthly adoption reporting and insight packs highlighting trends, blockers, and opportunities
- Translate usage data into clear, actionable summaries for client leadership
- Deliver structured enablement rhythms such as top‐up training and roadmap insight sessions
- Deliver managed service activities with awareness of commercial impact, ensuring time spent translates into tangible client value
Change Management Support
- Support Proof of Value activities and readiness for rollout
- Help identify adoption blockers and organisational pain points
- Draft clear and simple change communications under senior guidance
- Reinforce behaviour change through training, communications, and ongoing enablement
Client Experience & Relationship Support
- Provide a professional, empathetic, and confident experience to client stakeholders
- Represent Stridon’s values in every interaction
- Support senior consultants during complex or high‐risk engagements
- Contribute to internal playbooks, templates, and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
Essential experience
- Experience delivering Microsoft 365 or digital adoption training
- Hands‐on involvement in Microsoft Copilot adoption programmes
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot and real‐world use cases
- Workshop facilitation and confident presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical or AI‐driven concepts in plain English
- Experience working in a consultancy or client‐facing role
- Understanding of core change management principles (Prosci, APMG, Kotter)
Desirable
- Exposure to Legal or Professional Services environments
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or emerging agentic technologies
- Experience creating Copilot‐related learning or adoption content
