Oracle HCM Developer - London - Financial Services

A large organisation is seeking an Oracle HCM Developer to support a major HR transformation programme focused on Oracle HCM Cloud. The successful candidate will develop, configure, and enhance Oracle HCM modules, integrations, and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud across relevant modules.
• Build integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop BIP and OTBI reports as required by the business.
• Support technical design, data migration, and testing activities.
• Work closely with BAs, the Programme Team, and functional consultants.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure stability and quality of delivered solutions.
• Contribute to best practice development standards and documentation.

Experience:

• Proven hands-on development experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong skills in OIC integrations, HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formula, BIP, and OTBI.
• Good understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and security model.
• Experience supporting large-scale Oracle HCM transformations.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
• Experience within financial services is beneficial but not essential. (Asset/Investment Management would be desirable)
