Recently emerging out of Stealth, Strive are scaling their full GTM. The first critical hire is our Founding Enterprise AE. Someone high agency, who's proven in an early-stage environment.
Highlights:
• £240K OTE (50/50 split) + strong equity
• Series A, exceeding $6M ARR, backed by tier 1 VCs
• Selling to CTOs & VP Engineering — same buyers, increasingly urgent problems (headcount, tooling spend, AI ROI)
• Platform sits across the existing toolchain
• 70% POV win rate vs the two established category leaders
• 75% of revenue already coming from EMEA
About you:
- 5 - 8+ years enterprise sales (full cycle)
- Experience selling developer tooling / developer analytics
- Competent closing seven-figure deals
- MEDDPICC / Playbook background
- Founding AE experience - advantageous
