About Studio MEM

Studio MEM is a digital studio working with luxury and fashion brands. We deliver Shopify builds, ERP integrations and digital marketing. Fewer clients, deeper work.

The role

The workload is growing and we need someone to own delivery. You'll run client projects end to end: scope, timelines, budgets, developers and the client relationship. You'll work closely with the founder and have a real say in how we deliver.

What you'll do

• Run multiple client projects from scoping to launch
• Manage timelines, budgets and resourcing across developers and specialists
• Be the day-to-day contact for senior client stakeholders
• Identify risks early and resolve them before they become problems
• Keep documentation, reporting and handovers clean and current

What you'll need

• Proven delivery experience on e-commerce or web projects
• Working knowledge of Shopify. ERP or integration experience is a bonus
• Confidence with senior clients and difficult conversations
• The instinct to prevent problems, not just report them
• Clear, concise written communication

The details

• Full-time, permanent, PAYE
• £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
• Remote, UK-based, with around one day a month together in London
• Starting as soon as possible
