ABOUT SU
SU is redefining hospitality connectivity as the distribution technology arm of STAAH — a global leader trusted by 30,000+ accommodation properties worldwide. Our mission is to empower Property Management Systems (PMS), Vacation Rental platforms, and Central Reservation Systems (CRS) with best-in-class white-label API connectivity, enabling seamless integration with the world's leading OTAs including Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia.
Since launch, SU has doubled its partner base year-over-year for five consecutive years, backed by STAAH's 15+ years of hospitality expertise and a global team of 280+ professionals. In December 2024, SU became part of The Access Group — one of the UK's leading business software companies with 8,500+ employees — unlocking significant resources to accelerate our international expansion.
THE ROLE
As a Sales Development Representative at SU, you will be at the forefront of our global growth — identifying, researching, and qualifying high-potential technology partners across the international hospitality ecosystem. You will engage with PMS providers, vacation rental platforms, and hotel tech companies to introduce them to SU's connectivity solutions and help them expand their OTA reach worldwide.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated, multilingual individual who is passionate about technology and sales to build a career in B2B SaaS while making a genuine impact on the global hospitality industry. You will work closely with the Sales team, acting as the engine of the pipeline — your outreach, curiosity, and follow-through will directly shape SU's international growth.
This is a fully remote position. You must be based in Spain for contractual reasons — ideally in Barcelona, where our European commercial presence is anchored. Monthly co-working sessions with colleagues are part of the rhythm of the team. Occasional travel to industry events may also be expected.
