Marketing Automation Specialist
We have a brand new, fabulous opportunity for a Marketing professional to join an ambitious, fast-growing travel brand as a Marketing Automation Specialist on a part-time, fully remote basis, 3 days per week.
This is a crucial role within the organisation and the successful candidate will be responsible for optimising and managing our client’s Pardot marketing automation platform. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Pardot to support our client’s marketing and lead generation efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to create and execute automated campaigns, analyse performance metrics, and provide technical expertise to enhance their overall marketing strategy.

Role of Marketing Automation Specialist:
- Lead the setup and configuration of Pardot instances, ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Customise Pardot forms, landing pages, and templates to meet branding and campaign requirements.
- Integrate Pardot with other systems such as Salesforce, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronisation.
- Manage and maintain data quality within Pardot, including segmentation and list management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure accurate and reliable data exchange.
- Collaborate with the Conversion and Retention Lead and Marketing Director to plan campaigns to support marketing objectives and achieve business targets.
- Design and execute complex, multi-touch automated campaigns, incorporating email, landing pages, and engagement programs.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generate and analyse reports on key marketing metrics and contact/prospect engagement and conversion metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams on Pardot best practices, features, and functionality.
Skills required for the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Pardot Specialist with a strong understanding of marketing automation principles in a B2C environment
- In-depth knowledge of Pardot functionality, configuration, and integration with Salesforce.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for template customisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Pardot certification(s) is a requirement. Salesforce certification(s) is a plus
- Experience in the Travel Industry an advantage.
