Inside Sales Representative

Are you a confident communicator who loves turning conversations into opportunities? SuiteFiles — a leading cloud document management platform for professional services firms — is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to help us grow our UK customer base.

You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, qualifying inbound leads, reaching out to new prospects, and showcasing how SuiteFiles helps firms simplify document management and collaboration. Working closely with our global sales and marketing teams, you'll guide prospects from first contact through to demo and deal close — playing a key role in our continued growth.

What you'll do
  • Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls and deliver engaging product demos.
  • Manage opportunities and pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine campaigns and improve lead quality.
  • Work towards clear sales targets while providing exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll bring
  • 2–4 years' experience in B2B inside sales or business development (SaaS preferred).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and a genuine interest in technology.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
