AI Engineer

AI ENGINEER - LLM/PYTHON/AWS

Summer-Browning Associates are currently supporting our Central Government client, who are seeking a AI Engineer on an initial 6 month assignment.

Location: Remote

The ideal candidate will hold an active SC clearance and possess a strong background in AI Engineering.

The following skills and experience are required:

• Proficiency in the Python programming language.
• Experience in administering Amazon Web Services (AWS) accounts.
• Strong software engineering skills with a focus on building production-ready systems.
• Experience in deploying and monitoring systems within the Defence, Nuclear, or Central Government sectors, or other secure environments.
• Knowledge of natural language processing, deep learning, and generative AI.
• Familiarity with tools for working with Large Language Models.
• Experience in developing and working with tools and interfaces for AI applications (e.g., Anthropic's Model Context Protocol).
• Proficiency in building APIs using tools such as FastAPI, asyncio, and SQLAlchemy.
• Experience in managing code, testing, and deployments through GitHub and AWS Elastic Beanstalk.
