Workforce Planning Manager

Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our client in the Central Government, who is seeking a Workforce Planning Manager for an initial 6-month assignment with an option to extend.

Location: London

Essential Skills: The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Workforce Planning, along with the following skills and experience:

• Extensive experience in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies.
• Proven background in HR activities, including fostering organisational growth, capability, and a positive culture.
• Skilled in business planning processes that align with strategic objectives.
• Experienced in coaching and people development.
• Background in a Defence/Central Government environment, specifically in Cyber Security and IT Services.
• Professional qualifications include a desired CIPD certification.
