The Mission
As the Growth, AI & Innovation Lead, you’ll help shape the future of the business by:
- Driving revenue growth by optimizing business development and sales systems
- Leveraging AI and data to generate, qualify, and fill a high-quality lead pipeline (e.g., targeting PE, VC, enterprise)
- Building intelligent workflows that integrate existing tools, data sources, and generative / agentic AI to boost efficiency and conversion
- Creating and executing multichannel go-to-market campaigns (LinkedIn, email, events, video etc)
- Translating creative ideas into measurable commercial outcomes
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with the Founders to deliver strategic initiatives across growth, AI, sales, and operations
- Build, test and refine automated AI workflows for lead generation, market mapping, and outreach
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine the sales funnel, improve targeting, and acquire new clients
- Use data, AI and digital tools to create a predictive, proactive business development engine
- Run growth campaigns across different channels, tracking and optimizing performance metrics
- Research and pilot new technologies, platforms, and methods to drive competitive advantage
- Lead key strategic projects end-to-end, managing them for speed, quality, and measurable impact
Who You Are
- 2–4 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or growth (ideally in startups, scale-ups, or PE/VC-backed environments)
- Demonstrated success building or driving go-to-market strategies for professional services / enterprise clients
- Strong hands-on experience with generative AI tools with practical understanding of how they can improve commercial and operational processes
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you've built, created, or owned something meaningful
- Highly data-driven, analytical, and commercially minded
- Familiar with modern B2B GTM frameworks (outbound, ABM, social)
- High ownership mentality, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability setting
- You get things done — you’re a finisher who can translate strategy into action
