Our client is a specialist recruitment consultancy with 20+ years' experience placing SAP and change management talent into global business transformation programmes. Working from their Tunbridge Wells HQ, they operate across a genuinely international footprint.

The Role

This is a pure candidate-sourcing role ,no BD, no cold-calling, no account management. You'll:

• 🔍 Source and build relationships with freelance SAP consultants
• 📋 Brief candidates clearly on live opportunities
• 🗂️ Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline
• 🤝 Hand strong candidates to the sales team at the right moment

💰 For every candidate you source who goes on to be placed, you'll receive a bonus.

What you won't be doing

No cold-calling.

No BD.

No end-to-end delivery ownership — just focused, specialist sourcing.

The Team

You'll join a resourcing team of 7, led by an exceptional Resourcing Director who genuinely invests in training and development. A real platform for graduates and trainees to build a career, backed by structured onboarding and a dedicated L&D function.

Who We're Looking For

• 📍 Commutable to Tunbridge Wells (2 mins from the station)
• 🎓 Graduate/trainee level, a year out or some work experience helps, but not essential
• 🗣️ Naturally curious, organised, quick to build rapport
• 📈 Motivated by a genuine, structured career path

📋 The Details

• 💷 £27,000–£30,000 DOE
• ⏰ 8:30am–6pm, early 4pm finish on Fridays
• 🏢 On-site 5 days during probation, 1–2 days WFH after
• 🎉 Sports days, games nights, Friday drinks, summer & Christmas parties
• 🏋️ Gym membership, 25 days' leave + bank holidays
