Technical Administrator

If so, you could be the perfect fit for our Technical Administrator role — supporting project teams by gathering information, organising documentation and presenting it clearly for internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
The Technical Administrator will support multiple projects by collecting, organising and presenting technical information, including:
- Creating accurate project trackers and exporting data
- Gathering information from various internal and external sources
- Organising project folders and keeping documentation up to date
- Preparing clear, well-structured documents and reports
- Handling calls and emails from clients and project contacts
- Prioritising workload to meet deadlines and managing your own daily tasks
- Arranging site visits and attending project meetings
- Managing assigned projects from initial setup through to final handover
- Working independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team
What you’ll bring
- Strong administration skills with an assertive, self-motivated approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Basic experience creating or updating WordPress websites is an advantage, but not essential
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for occasional client visits
