Platform Transformation Lead. Consulting engagement (3 months). Hybrid style

For our global client in IT consulting we are searching for a Platform Transformation Lead. This is a contract role that will last 3 months with possibility of extending the contract.

What you will do

• Lead execution across three connected streams. citizen developer infrastructure (containers, CI/CD, self-service DB provisioning, IaC), data enablement (data contracts, knowledge graph integration, secure access), and productivity (AI tooling adoption and measurement)
• Drive fast, high-quality technical decisions and unblock delivery. run a lightweight governance cadence and keep dependencies aligned across teams
• Own the adoption story. define go-to-market, training, guardrails, metrics, and stakeholder communication. contribute hands-on where needed (architecture reviews, prototypes, schema reviews, enablement materials)

What you bring

• Senior technical consulting background with deep credibility in cloud, IaC, containers/orchestration, and CI/CD design
• Strong data platform and data access patterns experience. governance, RBAC, row-level security, API authentication. plus hands-on exposure to LLM agents or AI tooling in real workflows
• Proven programme leadership across interdependent workstreams. strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate technical complexity into business outcomes. Python literacy preferred
