Here’s how you’ll split your time:

Your main responsibility will be to take content created by our founding partners and optimize it for maximum reach and engagement across multiple platforms:

• Social Media Management: Develop and implement distribution strategies across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok and other relevant social channels.

• Content Repurposing: Transform existing content into different formats (written, audio, video, social snippets)

• Audience Growth: Drive increased followers, engagement, and downloads across all platforms

• Analytics & Optimization: Track performance metrics and refine approaches based on data

• Blog & Newsletter Management: Maintain our WordPress blog and Substack newsletter and increase engagement & readership

You'll also provide support for our podcast production, with opportunities to learn and grow in this area:

• Assist with editing and publishing podcast episodes recorded by founding partners

• Help coordinate with external guests for scheduling

• Support the publishing workflow across platforms like Riverside FM and Buzzsprout

• A digital native with a strong understanding of social media platforms and content distribution strategies, bringing 2-3 years of experience to the role

• Someone who can help us reach and engage with the investment community and tech/startup founders

• A self-starter who can take initiative and work independently

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Interest in learning about venture capital, startups, and B2B tech

• Openness to learning podcast production skills (we can teach you!)

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools

• Basic understanding of analytics and reporting
