The Role

We are hiring a Delivery Manager to work alongside our Head of Delivery across clients, projects and operations. This is a role for someone early in their career who wants real responsibility quickly and a clear path to Pod Lead or Delivery Lead within 18 months.

What you will do

Track every live project: status, budget burn, key dates. Flag slippage early. Run weekly project reviews, take minutes people use, handle day-to-day client comms. Sit in on client meetings and produce clean notes and actions within 24 hours. Write briefs from client conversations, signal from noise, requirements the team can work from.

Maintain the resourcing view. Spot conflicts early. Manage the freelancer roster: onboarding, contracts, day rates, invoice approvals. Prepare the monthly management pack. Maintain the decisions log. Support quarterly P&L and headcount reviews.

What we are looking for

• At least two years working with Shopify
• Two or more years in an agency or professional services firm in a delivery or operations role
• Calm under load. Spikes are normal here
• Strong written English
• Numerate enough to read a budget burn or utilisation sheet and know what it means
• Comfortable chasing clients, freelancers and colleagues without being asked
• Discreet with sensitive commercial and people information
• Hands-on with AI tools: Claude, N8N or equivalent
