The Ideal Candidate

Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both students and parents, and ensuring parents are well-informed about their child s progress

Ability to develop and plan engaging lessons based on the national curriculum for Computer Science

Keeps up to date with curriculum changes and adapts teaching materials accordingly

Designs assessments to evaluate students understanding of Computer Science concepts

Provides constructive feedback on assignments and projects to support student progress

Integrates technology into teaching methods to enhance learning experiences

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technological advancements and incorporates them into the curriculum
Qualifications Required

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

A relevant degree in Computer Science or a similar subject

Proven experience teaching at secondary school level

Up-to-date knowledge of the national curriculum and educational best practices

Strong classroom management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to continuous professional development

Professional references and an Enhanced DBS check
