The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven Partnerships Manager – UK to lead strategic collaborations and business development initiatives across the United Kingdom.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving strategic growth, and developing meaningful partnerships that amplify SupportRoom’s mission of redefining workplace wellbeing.
You will identify, secure, and manage partnerships with enterprise clients, HR consultancies, resellers, government bodies, healthcare institutions, and ecosystem partners to accelerate SupportRoom’s presence and impact across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard key strategic partners across the UK—including HR consultancies, EAP providers, healthcare groups, enterprise organizations, and wellbeing institutions.
- Develop joint go-to-market plans, partnership roadmaps, and co-marketing strategies to expand SupportRoom’s market footprint.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to ensure long-term, mutually beneficial collaboration.
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Drive UK market growth through partnership-led lead generation and business development.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design localized partnership campaigns that resonate with UK organizations.
- Represent SupportRoom at major UK industry events, HR exhibitions, wellbeing forums, and conferences.
Partner Enablement & Relationship Management
- Manage and nurture ongoing partner relationships, ensuring alignment with SupportRoom’s goals and service strategies.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize partner engagement.
- Serve as a key liaison between partners and internal teams including sales, marketing, product, and leadership.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Analyze UK corporate wellness, HR tech, digital health, and SaaS landscapes to understand market trends and emerging opportunities.
- Provide real-time feedback to leadership and product teams on market needs and partnership opportunities.
Key Requirements (Quantifiable)
- Experience: 3–5 years in partnerships, business development, or channel management, ideally within HR Tech, SaaS, Corporate Wellness, or HealthTech.
- Track Record: Proven success managing at least 5+ strategic partnerships or channel accounts in the UK market.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK partnership models, HR ecosystems, enterprise procurement processes, and regulatory considerations.
- Negotiation Skills: Experience closing partnership agreements valued at £100K+ annually is strongly preferred.
- Network: Existing relationships within corporate HR, healthcare, government wellbeing initiatives, or wellbeing organisations is a plus.
- Communication: Fluency in English required.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and partner management tools.
