The Opportunity

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our London office and play a key role in building and scaling SupportRoom’s partner ecosystem across the United Kingdom .

This is a role responsible for creating our partnership program, identifying strategic partners, and developing a scalable ecosystem that drives long-term growth.

A strong hunter mentality will be essential. You will actively source and engage potential partners, develop compelling partnership propositions, and structure collaborations that enable partners to introduce SupportRoom’s solutions to their clients.

The role requires someone who combines partnership development, consultative sales skills, and strategic thinking to build meaningful partnerships that generate commercial impact.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building new initiatives, opening markets, and scaling partnership channels.

Key Responsibilities

Build the UK Partner Program

• Design and develop SupportRoom’s UK partner ecosystem strategy

• Define partnership models including referral, reseller, consulting and strategic alliances

• Create scalable frameworks for partner onboarding, engagement, and growth

• Establish clear value propositions and incentives that enable partners to successfully introduce SupportRoom to their clients

Partner Acquisition & Ecosystem Development

• Identify, engage, and recruit high-value strategic partners , including:

  • HR consultancies
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers
  • Workplace wellbeing consultancies
  • Employee benefits platforms
  • Healthcare and digital health organisations
  • Leadership development and organisational consulting firms

• Develop targeted outreach and relationship-building strategies to secure strategic partnerships

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential ecosystem partners

• Structure partnership agreements that support long-term collaboration and commercial growth

Consultative Sales with Partners

• Work collaboratively with partners to identify opportunities within their client portfolios

• Support partners in positioning SupportRoom solutions to their clients

• Develop joint go-to-market initiatives , including co-selling strategies, co-marketing campaigns, and strategic account targeting

• Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to convert partner introductions into commercial opportunities

Partnership Growth & Management

• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with partners

• Conduct regular partnership reviews to evaluate performance, pipeline opportunities, and expansion potential

• Identify opportunities to deepen collaboration and expand partner-led revenue streams

• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams to support partner success

Market Intelligence

• Monitor trends within HR tech, behavioural intelligence, corporate wellbeing and digital health markets

• Identify emerging partnership opportunities and ecosystem trends within the UK

• Provide insights to leadership regarding partnership opportunities, product positioning, and market demand

• Represent SupportRoom at industry conferences, HR forums, and partner events

Key Requirements

3–6 years experience in partnerships, business development, consulting sales, or channel development

• Experience working in SaaS, HR Tech, HealthTech, corporate wellbeing or digital platforms

• Strong hunter mentality with the ability to source and secure strategic partnerships

• Experience developing consultative sales relationships with partners or clients

• Ability to build partnership programs, frameworks, or ecosystems

• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities

• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot

• Fluent English required

Bonus Experience

• Experience helping build or scale partner or channel programs from scratch

Existing network within within UK HR consultancies, benefits providers, EAP organisations or wellbeing companies

• Experience closing and structuring partnership agreements worth £100K+ annually

Compensation

Compensation will be competitive and based on experience and interview performance , including performance-based incentives tied to partnership growth and revenue impact.
