The Opportunity

As SupportRoom continues global expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative Manager based in the United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for leading and developing our SDR team, scaling outbound prospecting efforts, and ensuring strong pipeline contribution across all KPIs.

This role suits a proactive sales leader with a strong SaaS background, a passion for coaching SDRs, and the ability to build high-performing teams that drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

● Lead and manage a team of SDRs focused on outbound engagement and lead qualification

● Coach SDRs in cold calling, email outreach, objection handling and sales best practices

● Build data-driven prospecting strategies aligned to revenue targets

● Conduct 1:1 performance coaching and run weekly training sessions

● Collaborate with Sales Leadership to improve conversion rates across the funnel

● Analyze ICPs and target markets to optimize outbound strategy

● Ensure effective CRM usage (HubSpot / Salesforce), reporting accuracy and activity tracking

● Hire, onboard and train new SDRs as the team scales internationally

● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly qualified opportunity targets

What You Will Have

● +3 years experience in Sales Development or B2B SaaS outbound sales

● Minimum 1 year experience managing or leading an SDR team

● Proven ability to coach, motivate and elevate SDR performance

● Fluent English required (Arabic a plus but not mandatory)

● Strong understanding of outbound sales frameworks and prospecting tactics

● CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce) essential

● Highly organized, able to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment

● Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize processes

● Leadership mentality, positive, growth-focused, adaptable
