About Us: As we continue to grow, we are seeking a collaborative, experienced, and motivated Office 365 Technical Consultant to join our team. This role is integral to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Role Overview: In this position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Office 365 solutions tailored to meet our client's business needs. You will provide technical guidance and best practices to ensure optimal performance and security of Office 365 services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse client's current IT environments and business processes to recommend Office 365 solutions.
  • Migrate data and applications from on-premises or other cloud platforms to Office 365.
  • Perform regular monitoring and maintenance of customer systems.
  • Ensure appropriate escalation actions are taken for tickets.
  • Manage client relationships professionally, responding to inquiries and developing existing business.
  • Document and update technical details and settings of Office 365 solutions.
  • Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records and notes.
  • Complete relevant training and achieve necessary certifications.
  • Stay updated on relevant technology, product developments, and new product introductions.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a technical role involving SharePoint Online and the broader Microsoft 365 Platform.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft SharePoint Online for Intranet and Document Management, Microsoft Teams, and the wider Microsoft 365 Platform.
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Great organisational skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team, sharing knowledge and maintaining documentation.
  • Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell.
  • Technical ability to manage Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud platforms.
  • Experience in network installation and configuration with a focus on security.
  • Familiarity with working in Cyber Essentials, ITIL, and ISO environments.
  • Confidence using monitoring tools to create, manage, and action alerts.
  • Experience with Azure AD environment, including products like RMM, Azure, Cloud Networking, MDM, Virtualization, and Hybrid computing.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • MCSE or higher equivalent.
  • Microsoft Certified Associate or higher.
