I am looking for a Service Design Manager on a 12 month FTC to work with a defence client on their new SAP services offering. There is no salary attached to this role as yet,I know thats frustrating, please apply with your salary expectations.

You will be responsible for defining the Target operating model (TOM), owning the Support and governance structures, Service Ownership and accountability (RACI), Support and governance structures, defining service management processes, transition into live service and validation testing.

Lead development of the end-to-end Service Design for new and updated changed technology services

- Support definition of service organisation including RACI and governance

- Design and document L1, L2 and L3 support models

- Define how service management process with operate across the service including:

- Incident and fulfilment management

- Change management

- Request management

- Service level management

- Operational process flows

- Continuous improvement

- Appropriate business controls documented and auditable

- Define service interfaces and responsibilities across multiple technology towers, business units and external suppliers

- Support definition and coordination of service transition and operational readiness requirements

- Identify service design risks, gaps and dependencies

- Ensuring service model is scalable

It would be ideal if you have had experience of working with SAP, particularly Business Warehouse (BW) SAP Analytics Cloud ( SAC_) and SAP Data Services ( DS)

This role will require 1 day per month on client site which is covered by expenses.
