Junior/Graduate Technology Recruitment Consultant | Milton Keynes

We're looking for an ambitious graduate or early-career professional who wants to build a career at the intersection of technology, business and people.

At Sustain Talent Consulting, we work with organisations across the UK and Europe on some seriously interesting technology programmes - covering Software Engineering, Data, AI, Cloud and Digital Transformation.

Your role will be to connect exceptional technology professionals with organisations that need their skills.

You'll learn how to:

Build relationships with highly skilled technology professionals
Understand emerging technologies and the businesses using them
Identify and develop new client opportunities
Solve complex recruitment challenges
Build your own network and reputation
Develop commercial, negotiation and influencing skills
Use data, AI and modern recruitment technology to work smarter

You don't need a Computer Science degree. You don't need recruitment experience.

What you do need is ambition, excellent communication skills, curiosity, resilience and a genuine interest in technology, business, or both.
