We are looking for a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team at Sustain, a TXM Group company! This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who is commercially minded and keen to build a future in recruitment.

About the Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained in the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing and delivery working towards client relationship management, and business development. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role suited to individuals who enjoy sales, communication, and progression.
