Our client, an IT firm (to be disclosed during process), is looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to join their team.

 

About the Role

This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans that drive brand awareness, engagement, demand, and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of project management, campaign execution, content development, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and deliver quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Support demand generation, brand growth, and customer engagement.
  • Contribute to marketing budget planning and forecasting.

Brand & Positioning:

  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials and channels.
  • Evolve brand messaging to reflect growth and market positioning.

Demand Generation & Campaign Management:

  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, email, social, and events.
  • Drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation in alignment with sales pipeline goals.

Product Launches:

  • Support planning and execution for new product launches.
  • Ensure messaging and campaigns resonate with target audiences.

Thought Leadership:

  • Develop and promote thought leadership content such as whitepapers, blogs, and case studies.
  • Identify and manage speaking opportunities to enhance brand authority.

Events & Webinars:

  • Plan, execute, and analyze company-hosted events and webinars end-to-end.
  • Manage logistics, promotion, and follow-up engagement.

Industry Events:

  • Identify and coordinate participation in key trade shows, conferences, and partner events.
  • Maximize visibility and lead generation opportunities.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

  • Design and implement targeted ABM programs to engage key accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales to accelerate pipeline growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with internal teams (sales, product, and customer success) to align marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external partners to ensure campaign effectiveness.

Sales Enablement:

  • Create collateral, presentations, and sales tools that support conversion and deal closure.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Track campaign performance through dashboards and reporting.
  • Provide insights to inform strategy and improve outcomes.

Agency & Vendor Management:

  • Manage external agency relationships to ensure timely, on-brand delivery of campaigns and materials.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • 6-8 years of marketing experience
  • Proven success managing integrated campaigns and driving measurable results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong copywriting and content development skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Highly organized, with strong project management and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform strategy and optimize performance
  • Self-starter comfortable operating in a hybrid environment, balancing strategy with execution
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales teams and understanding the sales funnel
