Business Systems Support Analyst
Based in North London.
Fixed Term Contract - (9-12 months initially).
Our client, a well-established global organisation are preparing for a major ERP transition. They're looking for a Business Systems Support Analyst who can help maintain stability across their current Microsoft Dynamics NAV environment while contributing to the rollout of a new ERP platform.
This role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of technical support processes, thrives in a busy, hands-on environment, and wants to be part of a business investing heavily in its digital future.
What You'll Be Doing
This position combines support and project involvement, offering a chance to balance day-to-day problem solving with future-facing system change work.
System Support and Helpdesk
Take ownership of incoming system tickets, ensuring users receive timely, high-quality support.
Troubleshoot and resolve first and second line issues within Dynamics NAV, covering data, finance, and integration challenges.
Liaise with stakeholders and escalate technical issues when needed.
Deliver user training and create clear, concise documentation to improve system understanding and adoption.
ERP Transition
Support the business through its upcoming ERP implementation project.
Help review and align current NAV processes for the new platform.
Get hands-on with the new ERP, learn its functionality, assist in UAT, and play a key role in user training and rollout.
What You'll Bring
2+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV (any version).
A solid understanding of core business processes within retail or e-commerce, including order management and procurement.
A proactive approach to learning, especially when it comes to ERP systems and new technologies.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Experience
Previous involvement in an ERP implementation project.
Familiarity with other ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
Experience creating training materials or technical documentation.
