IT Support Engineer
We are pleased to be working with an expanding IT and telecom system consultancy seeking a technically capable IT Support Engineer to join their small but growing team providing remote and onsite support to customers and assisting with the management of network and infrastructure environments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to customers.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
- Configure and deploy PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Administer Microsoft 365 user accounts and services.
- Assist with firewall administration and network security.
- Monitor customer systems and proactively resolve issues.
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an IT support role.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Experience of configuring and troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.
- Desirable skills would include experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune device management, Windows Server administration and Hyper-V or VMware.
