💰 Salary: Up to £80,000

📍 Location: Central London (Hybrid - 3 days pw)

We're hiring an experienced IT Engineer to join a mission-driven defence technology company building AI capabilities that matter.

This is a hands-on infrastructure role where you'll own meaningful parts of the endpoint, identity, network, and cloud estate keeping a fast-moving engineering organisation secure, productive, and running at pace.

What you'll be doing:

• Configuring and hardening endpoints across macOS, Windows, and Linux

• Designing and maintaining on-prem and cloud infrastructure (Azure/M365)

• Leading identity and device management at scale (Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access)

• Managing network and VPN infrastructure across offices and remote workers

• Automating provisioning and operational toil using PowerShell, Python, or IaC tooling

• Contributing to security, compliance, and audit activities

You'll bring:

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure and information security

• Hands-on experience across macOS, Linux servers, and Azure/AWS cloud

• Strong scripting and automation skills

• Experience in a regulated or security-conscious environment (defence or government a plus)

• A collaborative, ownership-driven mindset
